working on GPC Marketplace

I am trying to add a marketplace for GPC Community. Have patience as I tinker around with this. I hope each of you can have items you want to sell to others with similar interests available here on GPC soon i.e. well before Christmas. Problem is no one has an exact widget that lets each person have their own store if they want, but can use a central checkout already set up for their use. I am seeing now if Cartfly can be used like this or even close.

French National in Argeles-Gazost

The French National in a few weeks looks so very good this year. Great judges that should be very attractive. I wonder if the foreign entry (non-French) might be a record this year. I have received many emails already about many of you going and taking dogs.

Let us know here in the notes area who is going with what dogs and bitches so we can cheer for you. I think the dogs and bitches I have seen here on GPC are very good and will be a real factor maybe in this years show.

Contest

Great Pyrenees Pictorial History 3 Color is finally finished and will be available soon at Amazon.com. I thought it might be fun to have a contest. The winner of the contest will get the final proof copy of the book autographed.

Thanks for the response to last call for pictures. I can still use a few more as I finish volume III.

Great Pyrenees Pictorual History-Volume II is now on Amazon.com. I put a thumbnail of its cover here. It picks up where Volume I ended and begins with Cote de Neige and goes to today, around the world. It's in black and white.

Call for help

Viv James in Victoria Autstrlia has lost everything in the brush fires. All her dogs except one were burned to death and Viv and her husband were injured, but have survived. They bred under the kennel prefix of Barreges PMD.

I just sent you all a message, but wanted to follow up and ask you all to help these people who have been in Pyrs many years in Australia.

Update on GPC

Here we are at years end.  GPC has been incredable thanks to the most unique, diversified group of people I have ever encountered. Thank you all so much for enriching all out lives.

We have had over 200 people join in just a few months.  We have now almost 2300 pictures and about 90 videos available.  Those alone are an education. We see our dogs in places I had no idea about and they are such beautiful dogs with such special people, its wonderful. I think Monsieur Senac-Lagrange would
