New video of Cartouche Rowan La Joie Blanche, at the age of almost 8 years.
Active as a therapy-dog regularly.
This time with an autistic young boy ....

I have recently applied tp P.A.T for Cara - hopefully she passed her assessment. Once I have her settled into this I hope to have K'C enroled too.

Yesterday was a wonderful day. LeRoi and I went to the nursing home. The staff and residents were amazed by his size and gentleness. Then we went to the library. The staff made a barrier in the shape of a castle and named it LeRoi, King of the Library. The kids read to him. I couldn't believe how one of the kids had improved since the last time we were there. LeRoi couldn't wait to go after I put his vest on him.

LeRoi's first day at the library was yesterday. He spent the morning at the groomers getting ready and then we went to the library. He was well received by the staff and soon the kids were amazed by his size and great temperment. Several kids read to him and then the staff couldn't stop taking his picture. He enjoyed himself being the center of attention. We go back in 2 weeks. And hopefully we will also be able to start making visits to a nearby nursing home.

Hi, I've been doing therapy with my pyr for the last two years now. It's awesome, tires him out mentally and the people at the nursing home just adore him. He's the typical pyr, goes up, says hi, then just stands there observing. Once in a while he'll drop his head on someones lap that really needs a pat, it's amazing.
NIce of you to get into the paper!
