I work at a 24/7/365 Emergency Veterinary Animal Hospital 11:00pm-7:00am (40 hours per week), I am married, have 3 children, volunteer at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island, New York doing "pet therapy" with my "Great Pyrenees" dogs. I go into various units in the hospital and change the lives of many as I walk through with my pet therapy dogs that I train, breed and show. I bring many of my dogs with me when I lecture at schools and colleges about pet therapy. As compensation for my lecture I request that they donate to the pet therapy foundation "for Susie Wong / Pet Therapy" and when it is mailed to the hospital with this information on it, I requested these donations go to the "Palliative Care Unit" in NSLIJ Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island, New York. This unit that I visit weekly is very dear to my heart and my goal is to add a wing onto this unit in honor of all my DARLINGTON GREAT PYRENEES dogs that I have bred and that are therapy dogs that go into the hospital. Breed, Show and Train my Great Pyrenees dogs along with having them become a pet therapy dog to go into hospitals, schools for autistic children and young adults, elementary schools, lecture at colleges on "pet therapy" and travel while spreading the word around about how important "Pet Therapy" is and the affects it has on many.
